Our commitment

Alex AV LTD is committed to making our website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

What we’re doing to support accessibility

We aim to follow good accessibility practice across the site, including:

• Clear headings and readable layouts

• Logical navigation and consistent page structure

• Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate

• Keyboard-friendly navigation for key site functions

• Maintaining colour contrast where possible

Conformance status

We aim to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We recognise that some areas of the website may not yet fully meet these standards.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may be less accessible, for example:

• Third-party embeds (such as maps, video players, or social feeds) where we can’t control the provider’s accessibility

• Older PDFs or downloadable documents that may not be fully accessible

• Decorative animations/visual effects that may not suit every user
