Consumer rights under UK law

As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding the purchase of goods and services. These include:

• Right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

14-day cooling-off period

Faulty or damaged goods

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, you have the right to request a replacement, repair or full refund.

• After 30 days: If a fault is confirmed after 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if you provide proof of return.

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g. card, PayPal).

• Restocking fees: In some cases we may charge a restocking fee if an item has been opened, used, or returned without original packaging. Any fee is assessed case-by-case.

• Non-refundable items (unless faulty):

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

Exemptions from the right to cancel

You do not have the right to cancel or return the following types of goods/services:

• Sealed goods for health and hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. earphones, microphones)

• Custom-made or personalised goods

• Services that have been fully performed with your express consent before the 14-day cancellation period ends
